Maintenance

For any installation of new products, we provide 2 free maintenance services per year, including:

  • Maintenance by an authorized technician from Fit Mobility
  • Full inspection of all safety features
  • Full inspection of all parts’ wear & tear
  • Functional test and check of the rail system
  • Check and confirm that all electrical wiring are in good condition
  • Cleaning and oiling of moving parts
  • General Advice
  • Telephone assistance and support is included for emergencies

Warranty

All new Stannah Malaysia products installed by Fit Mobility come with a 12-month warranty so that customers can enjoy the freedom of movement with peace-of-mind.
